prmag
Every time i try to enter a new product or edit one i get this error "Tabs Not Loaded Correctly" and it doesn't let me save anything. I am on Godaddy shared Hosting and on apache web server. I have other prestashop sites on the same shared hosting account and they are working fine. Any ideas??? anyone??? I am on a tight schedule with my client. Thanks!! Attached is a screen shot Edited July 24, 2014 by prmag (see edit history)
prmag
Its a shame..... All day and no answer to my problem. This is baaaaad support from the community and the moderators. So like no one reply with a solution I have to assume that for some strange reason now Prestashop, the premier eCommerce software is not compatible with GoDaddy servers???? unless you have a dedicated server with GoDaddy to tune it specially for Prestashop? This is incredible! now, because of lack of support I have to change the domain to another hosting company compatible with Prestashop on a shared hosting account. You see my clients need a class A support and they can't be waiting for hours or days without a solution, otherwise they will penalize me and not the support and moderators of this community. Maybe now someone will reply? or not?
vekia
shame?! it's a forum not personal help chat or support remember that moderators are volunteers and everything we (moderators) do here we do for free. in addition, it's weekend. We are trying to help everyone, always. And if i see threads like yours during the weekend and if someone does not respect the fact that we do it for free, i just close topic and go to another post. It's not worth to lose time for someone who don't appreciate fact that everything community does here - does for free. prestashop worked with GoDaddy for a long time, now godaddy changed something in their configuration, it's a case of godaddy, not a case of prestashop. you accuse moderators because your clients are angry and because of godaddy changed something in their settings- LOL.... valerofelipe
I commented: I could not supported by Godaddy sack me patience. What motivated me to move hosting is when one of the operators told me he did not know the problem. It completes my store prestashop moved to Inmotionhosting.com, I was super good, also, is a faster server has memory limit: 512M cache, compared with 128M Goddady having maximum. The store is now stable, much faster .. Pay less than 50 dollars for the hosting.
