Boletobancario the mail variables unfilled

I have a problem in the New Order email Boletobancario. 

when I create a request manager, order_conf email goes right to the variable value, now boletobancario email goes with empty variables. 

if I create an application on the site, the two emails go to the correct variable values​​. 

 

anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
