I just updated to 1.6.0.8.However, when i was using 1.6.0.5, this issue already occur. spanishcivilwarstamps Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 Hello, I had the same problem a couple of days ago with Presta 1.6.0.14 and I solved it reinstalling the translations: Localization -> Translations, and there Add/Update a language. Update all the languages you have in your shop and this problem with blank orders will be solved. But there is no way to restore the already affected orders, they will continue in the same way, but at least new orders will not have this problem. What the system is telling you is that the carrier associated to this order is not valid. So you need to look in the ps_orders database table, locate the order in question, find the id_carrier value, it should be a number.
