Arnytoo
Hi, I get 500 internal server error while trying to open PDF invoice... It all started after I tried to add custom html lines to my invoice. Now I can't open them nor can I change the state of my order without getting this error... What I tried: Deleted all the changes, rewrited pdf files several times, but nothing... Checked memory_limit which is 256M and that is more than enought. The thing is It worked perfect before I tried to make some custom changes to It... Any suggestions?? tomerg3
Did you try to Enable DEV_MODE in /config/defines.inc.php? You can also try to view the main server error log to find out the exact cause (error 500 is generic)
Arnytoo
Hi, Yes I did, but no extra information showed up. Error logs show this message: [Thu Jul 24 08:51:34 2014] [error] [client 77.221.65.83] FastCGI: incomplete headers (0 bytes) received from server "/usr/local/fastcgi/cgi-bin/php-cgi", referer: http://www.biurvita.lt/admin10/index.php?controller=AdminProducts&id_product=1485&updateproduct&token=6030c504cba9a0be221977eb497a87ca It's strange, today I can view invoice, but when I change state of the order to generate that invoice I still get an error... I have never dealt with this kind of problem, although I work with prestashop for years now...
tomerg3
You may want to try a clean installation of PrestaShop (in a different folder) and see if the issue happens there too. That should tell us if it's a PS issue, or a server issue.

Arnytoo
Sorry for my inactivity... That is not the answer, because I deleted all the modifications and still get this error... Alghout It seems, that my clients are not getting this error, so I will not try to solve this problem anymore...
tuk66
Summary: - You had no problems with the invoice at the beginning - You changed the invoice template and the problem occured - You gave back all changes and cleared cache - The problem still persists I think, there must be something else what caused the problem, not the invoice template.
