discount based on many conditions simultaneously

I would know how to apply discount based simultaneously on:

- carrier;

- payment type;

 

For example:

- retirement from office AND cash on retirement (delivery) 15%

- retirement from office AND deferred payment 10%

You can do it with carriers only at the moment, not with payment methods. You might be able to achieve something by editing the cartRule class anyway, and appropriate back office controller
