How to remove Required fileld from dellivery address PS 1.6.0.8

I would like to make simple checkout for new customer, First of all I need to remove required status from that fields( delivery adress), after then hide or remove this fileld from registration.

I found few solution for previous versions PS like 1.4 1.5, but in PS 1.6.0.8 still the same I can't remove this field and validation??

 

Someone have any solution??

 

In my store I have only virtual products, I don't need delivery address anywere.

Just name email, phone number??
