Add combinations images to mailalerts and costumer email

Hi,

 

I've been trying to find a solution for this problem for quite a while now.

 

I want to add a picture of the products to the order email that is sent to me and to the costumer. I found this topic:

That solution works great for products, but when the ordered item is a combination, the picture doesn't match that combination.

 

I found somewhere else a solution to display the cover image for the product, but what I really need is to show the image for the combination the costumer has chosen.

 

Does anybody has a solution?
