More freedom on invoicing

Hi.

I'm evaluating PrestaShop for migration to a customer currently using Virtuemart. I already love PS, which is far more intuitive and has much more features.

Anyway in VM there's a cool extension called VMInvoice which lets you create customized invoices. This is very useful because allows:

1. new order creation (already present in PS);
2. fully editing for a placed order (only partially in PS);
3. change VAT for a single row (missing?);
4. add description only rows (missing?).

I'm obviously asking about the partially and missing features. Did I miss them out or are they not currently available in PS?
