Custom CMS Form

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to create a custom CMS form for users to upload something and data's that would be then

inserted into the database.

 

I can't seem to find any modules for this purpose and also no solutions here provided here in the forums. Anyone have any idea how to do this? I'm using 1.6.0.5.

cms page is not correct place to create form like that

cms pages displays contents only that you defined in back office

 

it will be much easier to create custom module to support features you mentioned

 

btw. you can find several upload modules, like 

- upload files

- customer files upload

 

but these addons, unfortunately, aren't free.
