Price auto rounded up

Hi

I try to put my product price at for example 29.90
but it will automatically rounded up to 30 on the display site. ( not the backoffice though)

may i know how to resolve this problem ?

i've read the solution on this but it's still not working. i'm using 1.2.4 version
