Best way to follow the business [Multistore]

Hello,

 

I have an ecommerce running properly but the domain is really specific that is good for Google, but now, I want to increase my kind of products, then I bought other good domain to create a new shop.

I want to manage the same stock in the two stores for that I was thinking in multistore shop, but I need one of them to will be the main shop, after that, what shop could be the best main? The new shop because it'll have a lot of products, or the older shop because it is running now?

Please help me, I don't know who is the best way to follow the business.
