bellini13
can you confirm how many files are in the download folder? if you only have 25 products, and they are all virtual products, then there should only be 25 files
Firmaconnect.net
No there are 6369 files in the folder and most is 11,2 MB Then there are 45 files with a diffrend size.I have no idea what is up in that folder
bellini13
well if you have no idea, then I certainly have no idea. you will need to determine what is creating all of those files. perhaps remove all of your files from your virtual products, then delete all of the files from the downloads folder, and then add back one file to a product and see what happens. tomerg3
You can check the dates, that may give a clue as to when these files were created, and maybe also why
Firmaconnect.net
Found the problem.Seems like everytime I upload the shop makes 14-20 files in diffrend names so found a way to cheat the system by uploading via FTP and delete the other files.the way the shop makes it can make 100 mb to 2 GB very fast Do anybody know if there a way to upload without splitting the file?some settings? bellini13
what version of Prestashop are we talking about? I have not seen Prestashop attempt to split files before, but you are uploading 100mb files, so perhaps there is something configured (might be your host) to split large files

tomerg3
I have never come across this issue on any server, and I have been working with PrestaShop for nearly 5 years. It's quite odd, and if you get to the bottom of it, please let us know. Int he meanwhile, the following module may make things easier and quicker for you http://www.presto-changeo.com/en/prestashop-modules/38-batch-downloadable-product.html
