zylle
Heya all!I'm currently in the phase of starting up my website, and when i finally said goodbye to my website developer, and took action of the site myself, this problem occurred to me suddenly without any reason. 2 places on my frontpage, the danish translation of some english stuff suddenly turned to be written in english, and i cannot find anywhere how to fix it! Here are some screenshots of the two places where the danish has been replaced by the english translation: http://imgur.com/a/ney0UIt is the topbar where you can login, it should have said "Kontakt os" instead of "contact us" and the store information block was translated into danish, but has been replaced by english as you can see.. Thanks for the help in advance!
zylle
And to add to the problem, in the backend part, it shows the two things as already translated, but in the frontend, this is not translated.
hurray
Hi, I am having similar problem with my french website. There are lots of texts on front end in english. Even when I translated them in the back-end, the changes don't appear on the website.

hurray
Hi Zylle, Alright, I finally figured out the problems I was having with the translation in my french website. Go to the back-end under Localization>Translations. With "Front Office Translations" and "Your theme" chosen, click on the danish flag. Click on "Close all fieldsets" and then again click on "Expand all fieldsets". This open up all the fields that might not have opened earlier on. Now do a search on "Contact us" and try to locate the field that is missing the danish translation. Do this for all the "Contact us" field until you find the right one. Then save it and refresh the page to see if it worked. In case this did not work, Go to the back-end under Localization>Translations. This time chose "Installed Modules Translation" and "Your theme" and click on the danish flag. Now do the same thing as mentioned above. If this does not work. Do the same thing with "Default" theme. I have realised that this is really a hit and miss method. You've got to keep looking for the field that is missing the danish translation. I hope this helps.
