asgllccb
I am working to upgrade my shop from 1.4.4.1 to 1.5.6.2 using a test site on my personal wamp server which I will then use to upgrade my live site. I have successfully completed the upgrade by upgrading to 1.5.6 then to 1.5.6.2 using typical auto update instructions and the most recent auto upgrade module. The problem I am currently facing after the upgrade is that the featured products on the home page is showing up all misaligned. I have been searching in vain for days for a solution that works to no avail. This topic http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/274887-solved-i-want-3-products-per-row-in-featured-products-module/ seems to be the closest related but either I am missing something or it just is not working for me as I have tried the recommendations, cleared cache, force compile, etc and nothing seems to be changing, but the upgrade in the featured products module or somewhere clearly did not work out right. I have also tried finding instructions online and here for making the featured products into a grid but some of the instructions were not lining up with what I am finding in my shop files. I really need to do this upgrade as unresolved bugs in 1.4.4.1 associated with taxes and combinations are really hurting us. Any help for getting this upgrade issues resolved is greatly appreciated. asgllccb
Thanks for your reply. Sorry about my delay in response. Power outage took out my modem and we had limited capacities until now. Are you referring to: wamp/www/public_html/themes/default/css folder? There are a number of css related files and folders in this location and others, so I am not sure specifically which one you are referring to. I also looked in the modules file (...default/modules/homefeatured) and did not see any .css files there. Also did not see any .css files in just the (...themes/default) folder. Only TPL files besides the folders. Please provide more information specifically on "your theme directory contains module .css file? " so I can follow your instructions. Also, when you say "remove it" can I just change the name by adding a "1" to the end of the name or will I need to remove it to another folder for the test?
