Country based filtering in admin orders page

Hi everyone,

 

I have an international shop and I try to filter orders according to countries.

In this case I have created some profiles like "Germany", "France" and "Spain". 

I'm trying to employees who are in these profiles will see orders just from their country, not from other countries.

 

I have been trying some methods but they did not work. 

Does somebody have any opinion?
