Add new customer - Blank page

Hi guys,

 

i have a big problem..

 

When i click on add new customer i see a blank page!Why?

no error, only blank page!Page white wothout error.

 

I have Prestashop 1.5.6.0

 

 

Any idea?

edit /config/defines.inc.php and change the following line so the value is true

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);
define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

instead of a blank page, you will see the error

for what purposes you use override ?

it's because of it

 

some custom code changed your prestashop core, and it's not default prestashop solution

 

do you who / what created it for you?

I don't know!How can i disable it so i find the module that generate this error?I don't have a plugin for Customer..Can I delete the override folder?

do you have any SEO or rewrite modules installed?  sometimes disabling a module does not remove its override.  also if you remove the override then the module may stop working, and ultimately break your store.

 

you are better to locate the module by going through all your installed and enabled modules and find one that includes /overrides/classes/Dispatcher.php in its module folder
