Virtual Product Bug Prestashop 1.6.0.8

Recommended Posts

If I duplicate a virtual product prestashop generates tens, hundreds or even thousands of files.

Precisely those files that end up in the download folder.

In my case these are pdf files of about 200 KB each.

The biggest problem lies in the fact that the table of the databse ps_product_download becomes huge in size so as not to allow to generate the back-up.

I have just added 137 virtual products. In the download folder there are 9998 files.

In the database table named ps_product_download there are about 15.000.000 (15 million) of lines of text.

Only this table has the size of 3.5 GB.

Any kind of help is highly appreciated.

it's not a bug unless there is a bug report

please open issue/bug report here:

tip: writing a list of supposed issues is hard for community to help with, please keep questions/issue to grouped to single posts.

if you need urgent help, and are not happy in free community advice then you can post in job offers or top right of prestashop.com hire developer there.

if you are not getting help you need, then you should review your post and make clearer, not by posting it in new topics.
