Tradetracker & Icepay problem

Hi

 

I have installed PS 1.6 for a dutch fashion webshop (wearforlove.com) to help them out

 

Everything works perfectly well

 

Payments are done with Icepay module and no problem here

 

Now they have started an account with Tradetracker to try to expand business, but here it goes wrong

 

I followed installation steps for the Tradetracker codes but for some reason the order info is not send to Tradetracker

 

The code to collect the data is on the thank you page

 

@ Tradetracker they have no clue what the problem can be and they blame Icepay for it.

 

I also send this issue to Icepay but i haven't heard back at this moment.

 

Is there anyone here that has experience with this?
