redirect loop

hello, I have installed the Prestashop1.6.0.8
but after Installation some part of Prestashop1.6.06 where copied and overwrited on the Presta1.6.0.8

then we had white web page  after adding chmod 777 -R /Prestashop  and
chown [ftp-user]:[http-user] -R /Prestashop the Error "This webpage has a redirect loop" will apear

I test it with both Nginx and Apache2 bu no changes PLZ help

Hi,

 

for permission, we need to set 755 for folder and 644 for files

and for cache folder we need to set 777 permission. Can you share you site url so we can check it ?

thanks for help I found the Error that was because of copying files from 1.6.0.6 to 1.6.0.8
