Refine products in category? (screenshot included)

Hi Everyone,
So I just started to create my e-shop, and there is one thing I would like to have in my shop.

That is, if one chooses a category, then if it is possible to have at the top, above all the products, some sort of refine box.

for example like in the screenshot, (from another company). The customer can refine on for example brand, price, screen size, etc....
