File "exceeds the size allowed by the server. The limit is set to 0 MB."

I am using Prestashop 1.6.0.8. I want to add an attachment to a product which is 2.2MB (pdf).

Smaller files are OK (1.5MB)

I get the error message exceeds the size allowed by the server. The limit is set to 0 MB.

How and where do I set the limit?

My admin preferences are default 

My server host is 1&1

 

Any help appreciated
