Order is missing

Hi

 

In the admin backend, I see that some order IDs are missing (e.g. order 1202 is not shown). I checked the SQL table and found out that the table "ps_orders" has an entry with ID 1202 but there are no items in table "ps_order_detail" with this order ID.

 

Did anyone else encounter this issue before? What could be the reason for it?

 

Is it possible to recover such an order?

 

Worth to mention:

• missing orders do not have anything in common (some are cash on pickup, other by paypals, etc)
• Prestashop version: 1.3.1.1 (update not possible because template is only working with 1.3)
