I have tried some of the solutions that I've found on this forum and elsewhere on the internet but nothing seems to work. I can't find a thread dealing with the exact same problem. When I try to upload a product image, a box showing an error (with no text) appears (attachment 1). When I use the "inspect element" option in Chrome (attachment 2) to find out more about what is happening, it shows (I think) that there is some kind of problem when uploading or processing the thumbnails of the original product image. I changed the permissions assigned to those files and directories but it didn't fix it. I'm running Prestashop 1.6.0.6 on 1and1 hosting. Has anyone had this problem before?
