weckl
Thanks for the explanation. However when I tried simulating a request for return, under order details page, there is no checkbox for the item as seenin the attachment. Is this a bug?By the way I have already enabled the RMA feature .

tongfaafaasai
Hi Phillippe, thanks for your reply. in that case it would be nice to see that feature included as we don't have to check RMA section all the time.thanks for all your great work. well done.love it
torchia
Hi,Yes, RMA notification for shop owner will be great as I had few customers calling to the office and asking what happening with RAM's Thanks in advance
arowana
Same thing happened to me. I opened the shop for 2 months now, only realized that I have a few RMAs in my mailbox. Luckily, I have phone numbers on my site, if you customers are sure to complain and be dis-satisfied. It's useless to have RMA unless it email a notification. How do I implement that ? PLandgren
This should be an obvious feature to implement!I've been looking in the forums for a way to enable it, but all threads stop at "this feature is not implemented yet".Is this still the case? Anyone who has solved it?I mean, if you have an unhappy customer you really do not want to force them to call and remind you that they have been waiting for their return slip. Ciscowrig
Any suggestions for getting the RMA to notify the site admin like it does when a new order is placed?
