confirm before payment - confirmer avant paiement

one of my clients would start with Presta Shop. However, but he have two small questions. I wanted to check with you. 

 

As inventory changes quickly, he would like when a order is passed, the payment on the credit card does not come before he confirms that he has the item in stock. Is this possible? 

 

Is it possible to have a products "available in store only?"

un de mes clients voudrait faire le grand saut avec Presta Shop. Il a cependant deux petites questions. Je voulais vérifier avec vous.

 

Comme son inventaire change rapidement il aimerait que lorsque une commande est passé le paiement sur la carte de crédit ne se fasse pas avant qu'il ne confirme qu'il a l'item en stock. Est-ce possible?

 

aussi Est-ce qu’on peut avec PrestaShop annoncer des produits “disponible en boutique seulement”?
