Authorize.net AIM Module not showing in check out

Hi guys,

 

My authotize.net aim module is not showing in check out. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

 

I plugged in my login ID, my key, selected "production environment" (assuming that's what I'm supposed to select!), selected cards, and clicked "update settings." Was there something I'm supposed to do on authorize.net's end for the module to work with my authorize.net account? I wish this module came with documentation to be sure that I was doing what I'm supposed to do!

There are no products with prices on them in the shop and no carriers for my area, which is Tennessee in the US. I cannot make it through the check process to the carrier page.

Ha! Awesome! Finally figured out the shipping. And now my authorize.net module is showing. 

 

But I have a different problem with my authorize.net module: The button for submitting credit card information is a black rectangle. Is it supposed to be that way? Attached is a picture.screenshot8.png
