geiri Posted November 13, 2009 Share Posted November 13, 2009 I just wanted to tell you all about my recent and disappointing business with joelgaujard.info I went shopping on prestastore.com and bought a nice module called Home Category for 35,88€ Just as I had paid I was given the address of the Module maker(joelgaujard.info) where the exact same module was up for sale at 5€. I immediately contacted Prestastore and complained and asked for a credit note for the difference. I got a letter a few days later saying that this could not be done, they could only remove the module from the store and I should contact the original seller of the Module which I did and asked for same terms or another nice module he is selling so we would be even. kennyh Posted November 13, 2009 Share Posted November 13, 2009 Hi Geiri, sorry to hear you having problems with Joel's prestashop .. but I think its an old installation that he hasn't been updating .he recently posted something in the modules and codes section ( I think its relating but its in french ) .I sure he will get back to you as soon as possible .He was a an original prestashop developer and his reputation is quite regarded. I to hope it's an honest mistake. As you can see in my post I am not mad, and no bad words where said and his products are very good. I just wanted the story to be told. Perhaps Joel reads this and contacts me. The point is simply If you put something up for sale We expect the same price from the same seller and a customer support.
