Contact-form included in homepage

Hi,

 

I need to have the contact-form included in the home page and accessible as well through the Contact link from the menu.

 

First of all I tried to add in editorial.tpl :

{include file="$tpl_dir./contact-form.tpl"}

in order not to duplicate the contact-form stuff.

 

Sadly this does not work since I guess the ContactController is never called. Am I right ?

 

To fix this I tryed to change the URL for the index page to contact-form.php but this field is not accessible. So I assume, this is not the correct way to proceed...

 

I am on Prestashop 1.6.
