can't add products in our store

when I try and view a product in our shop www.fuzzylovers.com it goes to a white screen

I have called our hosting provider and says it is a software issue with prestashop is there anything that I am doing wrong

I havent updated anything prior to the site not working

since I have upgraded all modules and nothing has worked

still down

anyone have any answers

I dont know how to do any of that I just need to get it fixed

without error reporting it will not be possible to help
