(SOLVED) After Upgrading from 1.5 to 1.6 i'm having a couple of issues

It's been a couple of days that I'm trying to upgrade my PS 1.5 to 1.6 and i think that apart of a couple of issues everything is working as intended.

 

I'm upgrading using 1 click update because manual update did not produce any descent results.

 

Some issues I'm really concerned abut (i'm working on localhost):

 

• The little prestashop icon at the top left on the Back Office spins forever, it does not happen if i create a fresh installation of 1.6 (attachment 1)
• The themes admin on the updated store is different if i compare it to the fresh install (attachment 2)

-What am I doing wrong, should i deactive my template before upgrading?

- What does that spinner on top-left and why it is spinning forever?

Now this is solved, it was just a caching issue.
