leolivio Posted July 6, 2014 Share Posted July 6, 2014 Ho la versione prestashop 1.5.6.1 il cliente effettua il pagamento con carta e paypal e in automatico le invio una fattura in pdf che risulta essere vuota e al cliente la invio successivamente via mail c'e' la possibilità di qualche parametro o toccando qualche modulo per risolvere questo problema grazie per un idea Livio Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
www.webdinamico.com Posted September 17, 2014 Share Posted September 17, 2014 Livio son convinto che se sovrascrivi tramite FTP i file tpL della cartella invoice con quelli della stessa cartella presente nel pacchetto di instalazione di prestashop risolvi. matrixgd Posted October 28, 2014 Share Posted October 28, 2014 Anche a me succede una cosa simile, il cliente che paga tramite paypal riceve via email una fattura vuota (a parte intestazione e footer), chi paga con bonifico bancario invece riceve la fattura completa e corretta. Yes, all the invoces generated from back office are ok, only the invoice sent to user by email is blank and only if he pay with paypal. If pay with bankwire. the invoice is correct.
