MrSnapp
Clicking 'add files' in a product page does nothing with no response. Any help appreciated.
PSfever.com
Hi, nothing much that we can do with this little information. Have you done any custom changes in your store? What is your PS version? Can you check in Dev tools in Chrome if there are any .JS conflicts?

PSfever.com
Have you tried downloading current 1.6.0.8 version and uploading the admin files that might be corrupted? Back up everything before you start replacing files!

Back up everything before you start replacing files! I'll try that thanks! Another thing is in the product description area I don't get any advanced tools and the text box is quite small. Do you know a module to fix this?

Do you know a module to fix this? That is fixable with the CSS - all I need is link to your site, preferably to a product where you're experiencing this problem.
