Carolina Custom Designs
Almost every time I have encountered this issue it has been server-side. Have you contacted your hosting company about the issue? Marty Shue
ccw0103
Yes I have contacted them but still waiting replies... I thought its only their problem when using STMP settings? But I am using PHP functions to send email

Bill Dalton
This can happen if you are missing the default emails for your language pack. Do you have 67 items in \mails\your-Language?
ccw0103
I only have 66 item... Edited July 7, 2014 by ccw0103 (see edit history)
ccw0103
I compare with the EN folder, seems like the missing file is "index.php"
Bill Dalton
Then missing files are not the problem, very sorry. A missing index file would not cause this., the index file purpose is to protect against directory browsing and would not cause this problem. Hopefully someone else can make a suggestion. Creative Allsorts
Did you solve this problem? I am having this as well. Test e-mail works ok with SMTP but customer e-mails receive the same error as in original post. When using PHP test e-mail and customer e-mails say they have sent but never arrive. All templates appear to be there in the correct language folder also.
