Logout Problem

Hi,

 

i have installed prestashop v 1.5.6.2.I can't logout when i pressed the logout button, the page is still in my-account page.in order to make the page logout i have to refresh it manually.

how do i fix this problem?

Do you use the default theme or some custom one?

 

If you use a custom one, please try changing the theme to default for a moment and see if it works there. If it does work in the default theme, try to contact your theme developer first.

I have tried using the default theme but, it still didn't work. The page must be refreshed if I want to logout. Any suggestion what should I do? It will be very helpful. Thank you.

please check if problem persist on other browsers

if not - clear cache in browser where it doesnt work and try again

 

cases like that sometimes are related to cookies problem, especially when you intensively work on your theme, in back office, and in front office too.

facing problem in logout.. eeverytime i try to logout i need to clear cookies.. please provide a good solution
