bilalhussain Posted July 3, 2014 Share Posted July 3, 2014 Hello Everyone, Does anyone have problem upgrading from 1.5.4.1 to 1.6.0 stable (1.6.0.8) using 1-click Upgrade? I think my upgrade get stuck in infinite loop. Please see the log below...I even had left the upgrade sit overnight but no luck... Database backup: 229 table(s) left....? Antakarana Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 (edited) HI, The same happens to me, but with the ps_guest table .... it gets stuck at that point, no matter what I do. EDIT: I found a fix... in my case the ps_guest table was huge! nearly 4 million rows! it was as simple as entering to phpmyadmin and do: TRUNCATE `ps_guest`; The data base reduces from about 260mb to 68mb And now 1-click update Works great I recommend you to do the same to ps_connections table... there are some free modules that could do it for you if you're not good with phpmyadmin.
