DomesticPaul
Hi Guys. I cannot login to my back office any more. When I first installed Prestashop 1.6 i set it to maintenance mode, not thinking about the router dynamic ip address. DERR!!! My question is how do i get myself out of this mess? or do I have to install the whole site again. Thanks for your help in advance. Paul
dioniz
Open your database in phpmyadmin and in table ps_configuration find row PS_MAINTENANCE_IP edit and put your actual ip and save.
DomesticPaul
Hi Dioniz, Thanks or replying. I put the site on my hosting company's server not my localhost. The only reason for this was I was trying to upload a new theme which kept failing on my PC, but worked when I uploaded it via FileZilla. This is all a bit new to me, so I apologise if i have the wrong end of the stick!! Paul
dioniz
Usualy hosting companies have phpmyadmin built in control panel. Try to find it there.
