Problem with translation in one module

I translate the text "how to by" to "cómo comprar" in the page blocknewsletter_ext.tpl but when in my page appears "c mo comprar". The ó doesn´t show in my page. In other modules this shows correctly. Can someone knows what´s happening?

you probably save file as a iso-xxxx, not with utf-8 coding.

make sure that you use utf-8 encoding in the editor where you change this file.

btw. this is wrong way to translate prestashop.

 

use localization > translations tool instead.
