Cannot properly add a new menu item in backend

Hello,

 

I am currently trying to add a new menu item in my backend, but it is not always displayed.

 

I know, it is strange, but I'll do my best to explain the situation (please note that I am a prestashop newbie).

 

If I access the backend, the products menu or clients, etc... the new menu item I want to add is not displayed (see image01.png).

 

If I access the "Urgent" menu item, the "Stoc" (this is what I am trying to add) will be displayed in the backend menu bar (see image02.png).

 

Can you help me to get the "Stoc" menu item displayed all the time in the backend menu bar?
