Unable to Create an Account - Elation Liquid Theme

I am using Elation-Liquid Theme on Prestashop 1.5.

 

When I try to Create a New Account, this error pops up:

"TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form.

Details:
Error thrown: [object Object]
Text status: error."

 

I tried the following, but none worked:

1. Disabled the Mobile Theme.

2. Disabled the Social Login module(s).

3. Changed an ajax line in /themes/default/authentication.tpl to:

url: baseUri + 'index.php?controller=authentication',

I have no idea why the registration is not working by default.

i dont see it on your website

and when i press create an account i just don't see anything.

If click create an account and then refresh the page, you should see the error.

 

Plus, that button does not redirect me to the registration page.

 

It only worked once few minutes ago. It is confusing.

sadly i don't see any error popup

when i press this button nothing happens

in addition your console has got this error

it's related to login so i bet that this causing your issues.
