LadyMilena
Hello, I have two shops in one group, when I create goods in one of shops, duplication of already existing goods, it incorrectly displays a product code at a conclusion on a site. Though in administrative part I change it. the caching isn't used. In what there can be a problem? In a database at goods a code too the different. On a site the product code which it was created very first in this shop is removed. Thanks
NemoPS
I am not sure I understood what you mean. Are you referring to the product "reference" field? Do you want reference to be different for the same product within 2 different shops?
LadyMilena
sorry, do not know very well English, Google is also seen as1. I have the product. write reference field2. Duplicate items3. Altering it reference field, save.4. The site of the second explanation, which is created by duplication, reference field of the first product. Though if you open the 2 item for editing it right, different from the first value Edited June 30, 2014 by LadyMilena (see edit history)
NemoPS
Ok, I understand. So it's wrong in the front office only? And it's correct in the database as well?

NemoPS
Are you using any override? Default or custom theme?
LadyMilena
yes. im using override, but if you create a new product without duplicating, so there is no error theme custom
NemoPS
Can you try with the default theme, and also temporarily disable all overrides from the back office?
LadyMilena
Yes, checked, everything works well.
NemoPS
In this case your theme or any override is creating the issue. Try with your theme and overrides disabled if possible. So you know what does what
