Prestashop error

Recommended Posts

first , change all FTP passwords

make sure your computer has updated anti-virus

download and unpack the same version of ps you are using in production.  (you can find most versions here)

using ftp, download to your computer all shop files, this is where we hope  the antivirus will find files

note files that have been identified as infected

replace with good files that you download and unpacked (native files).  not if theme files or custom files then you will need to find a good copy of them.

upload these files to your production shop.

ask google to review your shop.

Note: once a shop has been marked malicious by search engines, the damage is done, you are advised to get a new url as your old url will be on any number of blacklists, for a long time.

Note: product permissions, best practice for most hosting is 755 for folders, 644 for files, 664 for .htaccess

once you get it cleaned up you can take a look at my moudle, PrestaValut.
