artstore47 Posted June 29, 2014 Share Posted June 29, 2014 We are trying to add a product to a new store but in the SEO tab the link that presta shop generates does not show up when we try to preview it. artstore47 Posted June 29, 2014 Author Share Posted June 29, 2014 Thanks, we solved the issue! Initially we could create the product but when we clicked "preview" it could not find the page. Also, we could not access the products or categories from the front end homepage either. The link provided in the SEO tab was not working. We had Friendly URLs enabled, however after reading through the FAQs in the Prestashop User Guide we discovered that some web host providers do not support friendly URLs on their server. We went back and disabled Friendly URLs in Prestashop and now we can preview our products and successfully click all the links on the front end of our shop.
