AlexBlejan
Good evening boys and girls. I've been stuck on this problem for several days and I can not fix it. I'm riding the website to a shoe store and upload the photos to create a new product, in the main site, where customers would have to see the page, you see a question mark. I've also tried to import CSV, helped by a friend who understands more than me, but said it was very strange. Imported was good, gave no error, but the picture remains to be seen. I uploaded the pictures by FTP and in the URL field, i put the exact address. If I open that URL in the browser, it shows me the picture, but not seen in the product photo. Help please, I've tried everything. Thanks in advance

Naldinho
When manually moving a site I ran into a no product images situation with the site at the new home. Deleting .htaccess and then turning off and then back on friendly URLs from the SEO settings fixes it in that situation. Different situation but same problem so might be worth a try. AlexBlejan
I solved it. Downloaded it again, cleaned host , reuploaded and reinstalled it. Works perfectly now. Cheers
Trishke
Having the same problem. How do you delete htacces?
tkv
you have to log in with ftp to the root directory of your prestashop and delete the .htaccess. Then you have to generate it new in the back end from your prestashop turing off / on SEO URLs. I will try this later. @AlexBlejan: how have you reinstall the shop? where all products deleted?
