How to Edit my css to edit my background to ...

Hi all,

i have a question about the background.

the css i put in was -

body {
background: #E7EFF5 url('../img/bg3.gif') repeat-x 0 0;
font-size: 75%;
font-family:arial,verdana,tahoma,sans-serif;
color: #666666;
}

But the background seem like not fitting to all the others pages with my current background.. some pages can see the whole bg and some white blank spot that out of my background range..

what should i do to make sure all pages have the same background image and full image of it rather then half of it ?

Need a major help here >.< hope someone can giv me a solution hehez~
