[SOLVED] how to disable Invalid characters tip

I hope i posted this n the right section!

 

This notifications, tips that tells you about the invalid characters in the fields

Is there a way to turn them off? 

 

I tried to google it, but i could not find anything, or here, and also i'm not exactly sure what to call them so there were no results.

It can be confusing, but my boss wanted those things out because they "are annoying"

=P oh well....
