I can not delete the information on the form under "my shops" 

I've tried all but not there to delete 

I mistaken or is it a bug?

That's what you mean, why not go to:

 

Back office > Modules > Modules > Front office features > CMS block > Configure > Edit Left/right blocks > Add store to link > No
