module templates not working for some modules

I've been told to create a folder named "modules" in my theme folder, sometimes this doesn't override the default template.

themename/modules/modulename/templatename.tpl doesnt work for

modules/sendtofriend/product_page.tpl

Any ideas?

Have you cleaned the /tools/smarty/compile/ folder after editing/uploading the custom template? If not, remove all the .php files that are in it but the index.php and reload your page.
