Paypal module hook

Is only me have this problem that I can`t see paypal method in order payments? I have 2 e - shops which are 1.5 version and both have this problem. If I install the newest paypal europe module I can see only express checkout logo but in payment methods I cant see this payment way.

 

I have module: Payments to carrier so I checked Paypal to all carriers.

i have done everything with cofiguration

Checked restrictions for currency, groups, country.

 

It seems everything allright, but where is: Pay with paypal div? I want to see it in payment methods Not only express checkout logo in first order step...

Both sites - default.

 

And I found that this module dont have payment.tpl. Mh, help me

hi there guys

 I unhooked paypal and now want it back on the checkout page but cant remember how to hook it again ; any ideas how I can get it back without re installing the module?
