How to configure to make the sub-domains work?

I setup four subdomains according to this guide:http://www.prestashop.com/blog/en/10-best-tips-to-speed-up-your-prestashop-store-3/

Create sub-domains for Javascript files and CSS files

1. Create a sub-domain js1.mystore.com and ask your hosting provider to direct it to/js/
2. Create a sub-domain js2.mystore.com and ask your hosting provider to direct it to/theme/mytheme/js/
3. Create a sub-domain css1.mystore.com and ask your hosting provider to direct it to /css/
4. Create a sub-domain css2.mystore.com and ask your hosting provider to direct it to /theme/mytheme/css/

but it seems our site is not loading from the subdomains? We consult the server supplier and they told us to make changes on the code. Anyone knows how to make the changes on the code to make the four domains work?

There are only 3 lines for me to input the server, however, there are four servers as I set,

 

1. Create a sub-domain js1.mystore.com and ask your hosting provider to direct it to/js/
2. Create a sub-domain js2.mystore.com and ask your hosting provider to direct it to/theme/mytheme/js/
3. Create a sub-domain css1.mystore.com and ask your hosting provider to direct it to /css/
4. Create a sub-domain css2.mystore.com and ask your hosting provider to direct it to /theme/mytheme/css/

How to input all of them?

 

So I just input from the backend, right? Are there anything else I have to do?
