I have some products showing e.g. "Macbook Air" for the legend text (alt text) even though I have changed the image and edited the product name. Much appreciated. Fistthing to Change logo and homeslider Images. I deleted the old Fotos and via ftp uploaded new Fotos. Suprise. My Webpage is the same, no changes. I checked my Domain informations, there are the right files. I am now confused!!! Yes some of my Fotos are bigger or smaller, but is that important? Please help me. vekia Posted July 1, 2014 Share Posted July 1, 2014 thank you so, prestashop doesnt allow to change picture legend text the only one way - at the moment - to achieve it is modification of captions directly in sql. you need to know product image id, then go to phpmyadmin, open ps_image_lang table and manage legends there Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd just like to let the people at Prestashop know that the issue of being able to change the legend text easily should be addressed.
